Aluminum Sulfate, often known as papermaker's alum, is a chemical compound that has the formula Al2(SO4)3. It is soluble in water and is mostly employed in the purification of drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as in paper production as a coagulating agent. In contrast to fluorides and oxides, which are often insoluble in water, most metal sulfates are readily soluble in water. Millosevichite, a rare mineral that occurs naturally in volcanic settings is an example of its anhydrous form. Chemically pure or Laboratory Reagents are those Lab Grade chemicals that do not meet any recognized quality or purity requirements like the ACS Grade, the USP Grade, and the FCC Grade, despite their acceptable purity. Our Lab Grade chemicals are exceptionally pure in terms of heavy metal impurities.
