Covid-19 Status Update by Lab Alley!

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to Covid-19, we have changed our terms and conditions. When you place your order you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Covid-19 terms and conditions (As of Feb. 15, 2020): 

  1. Existing Orders. All confirmed orders are being fulfilled. We are shipping as fast as we can. Please be patient with us as we get caught up on the orders. Each day we are getting more and more caught up with orders. We will ship your order.

  2. New Orders Only Charged When Shipped. New orders will not be charged until we ship! In some cases as we pick and pack your order we may capture payment on your credit card as we are in the process of shipping your order. We have a financial incentive to ship your order!

  3. Shipping Timelines. Currently, we are shipping within 10 - 14 business days of order placed. Normally, our shipping times were 1 or 2 days, but because of the virus pandemic, our shipping times have increased. Again, you will get your order so please be patient.

  4. No Cancellations. Any new orders during Covid-19 cannot be cancelled. Due to the high volume of orders and demand for our products we are unable to cancel an order once it is in process.

  5. No Change Orders. Once your order is placed online we cannot change anything on your order (expedited shipping, address change, etc.).

  6. All Sales Final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  7. Inquires, Phone Calls, and E-mails. Our phone system and infrastructure is backed up with inquires. It has been difficult to field all the inquires. Our entire team has been working non-stop to take care of our customers. We are here for you but are very busy at the moment. We ask for your patience with response times.

  8. All Orders Place Online. During this virus pandemic, we ask that your place your order on our website. The fastest and easiest way to place your order is directly through our website.

  9. Purchase Orders. If you are a business and want to submit a purchase order, please send those to customerservice@laballey.com.

  10. Limit Quantity on Certain Products. Purchase quantity limits will be enforced on certain, high-demand items. We have to do this so we can supply the country fairly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lab Alley has proudly supported many critical organizations that are in the fight such as United States Postal Service, TSA (Transportation Security Administration), major hospitals, federal government entities, universities, and hundreds of many other organizations. We need to make sure that everyone gets enough supply during this crisis.

  11. Items Out of Stock. Some items are of stock. But we have inventory coming in daily so pleasemake sure you put your name on the list!

    If you want to be notified when a certain products is back in stock, please find the item on our website. Scroll down on the page and click the button “Temporary Out of Stock - Request An Email When Available”. Insert your e-mail address.

  12. Bulk Supply. We offer our products in small pack bottles, drums, and totes. We do not offer tankers and truckload sizes. If you are looking for a tanker or truckload of material we are the wrong company! Please do not inquire about this!
