Description

Sodium Gluconate, also known as Sodium D-gluconate and D-gluconic Sodium Salt has the chemical formula C6H11NaO7. It appears as white to tan colored, granular to fine crystalline powder. It is soluble in Water at ambient conditions. It is the Sodium Salt of Gluconic Acid with chelating property, produced by the fermentation of Glucose.
