Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous is an inorganic salt, fine granular form. It readily dissolves in water and dissociates into sodium and sulfate ions. The sodium ion is the most abundant cation in extracellular fluid and is used extensively in the treatment of fluid/electrolyte imbalance. Due to the presence of impurities, Lab Alley’s Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous is certified as the Lab Grade reagent. Lab grade chemicals possess reasonable purity but do not comply with any official standard for quality or purity. It is recommended to use our Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous in educational institutes and research labs, but it is not advised for food or medicines.
