Description

Aluminon, also known as Triammonium Salt, Aurin Tricarboxylic Acid, and Ammonium Aurintricarboylate has the chemical formula C₂₂H₂₃N₃O₉. It appears as dark red to brown crystalline powder and is soluble in Water at ambient conditions. It is a dye that inhibits protein biosynthesis at the initial stages. Lab Alley’s Aluminon is highly pure and is produced by reacting Sodium Nitrate with Salicylic Acid and Formaldehyde, followed by final treatment with Ammonia.
