Hydrogen Peroxide is an oxidizing agent with germicidal, protease inhibitor, and antibacterial properties. It appears as a colorless liquid at room temperature having a bitter taste. The Lab Grade solution contains 34% contents of Hydrogen Peroxide with 66% deionized water. Such a solution contains free radicals that can do damage to proteins and membrane lipids through oxidization. This enables it to inactivate bacteria and other pathogens. Our Hydrogen Peroxide, Lab Grade is recommended to use in research labs. It is not suitable for food processing applications due to the presence of impurities.
