How Levels Are Determined
- Levels are based on your order total over the trailing 12 months.
- Qualifying revenue is based on your active orders. Canceled or refunded orders are not included.
- Start at Insider and move up automatically. No sign-up required — just be signed in to your Lab Alley account when ordering.
- Level changes are reviewed automatically each month and take effect the month after you qualify.
- Autoship customers automatically receive the better discount — either their applicable Autoship discount or their Loyalty Level discount. Discounts cannot be combined.
Good to Know
- You must be signed in to your account for program pricing and benefits to apply.
- Program discounts can't be combined with other offers — you'll always get the lowest eligible price.
- Purchases made under your registered Lab Alley Business Account count toward your company shared total.
- Certain specialty categories, custom services, and bulk products are excluded from loyalty pricing—see our exclusions list in the FAQs for details.
