How Levels Are Determined
- Levels are based on your paid order revenue (including shipping & tax) over the trailing 12 months.
- Refunds reduce qualifying revenue; canceled orders never count.
- New accounts start at Insider and move up automatically — no sign-up required.
- Level changes take effect the month after you qualifiy, and are reviewed monthly.
- Autoship customers automatically receive whichever is better; their Autoship discount or theri loyalty discount (not both).
Product Exclusions
Some Products are excluded from loyalty-level discounts, including MAP-restricted items and select volume/custom-priced products. Full exclusions are listed in the Program Terms & Conditions.

Your current loyalty level appears next to My Account when you're loggin in, along with your savings and benefits.
Do I need to sign up for the Loyalty Program?
No — every account is automatically enrolled starting at the insider level based on your order history.
Can I lose my loyalty level?
Levels are reviewed monthly based on trailing revenue, so a level can adjust if purchasing acitivity changes significantly.
Does my autoship discount stack with my loyalty discount?
No — you'll automatically receive whichever discount is better, Autoship or loyalty level. They are not combined.
