Program Eligibility

• Program benefits apply to eligible purchases made through the Lab Alley website.

• Customer accounts are recognized by the company email address associated with the Lab Alley account.
• Customers must be signed in to their Lab Alley account at the time of purchase for program pricing and benefits to apply.
• Purchases made across separate customer accounts cannot be combined or qualify for a higher segment. 

Qualifying Spend

• Qualifying spend is based on net eligible product purchases after discounts and adjustments.

• Refunds, returns, and credits reduce qualifying spend.

• Taxes, shipping, hazmat charges, and other fees do not count toward qualifying spend.

• Custom products, services, and other excluded purchases do not count toward qualifying spend.

Pricing & Discounts

• Customers receive the lowest applicable price.
• Program pricing, promotional discounts, volume pricing, contract pricing, quote pricing, or other eligible discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
• When multiple eligible prices apply, only the lowest price will be honored.
• Customers will not receive an additional program discount on an item that is already priced lower through another eligible offer. 

Effective Date

• Program benefits begin on the program launch date.
• Purchases made before the launch date are not eligible for retroactive program pricing, refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
• Segment changes and applicable pricing take effect according to the program's established review and upgrade schedule.

The program does not apply to:

• Custom formulation or blending services
• Labeling services
• Other custom services
• Custom, special-order, or non-standard products/services not offered for purchase directly through the Lab Alley website

Program Administration

• Lab Alley reserves the right to correct pricing, account assignments, or program benefits when errors or discrepancies are identified. 
• Program terms, eligible products, and exclusions may be updated as needed. 

Sample Benefit — Terms & Conditions 

• Core+: Eligible for up to 2 chemical samples per calendar year, with a maximum of 1 liter per sample.
• Enterprise: Eligible for up to 4 chemical samples per calendar year, with a maximum of 1 liter per sample.
• Enterprise+: Eligible for up to 8 chemical samples per calendar year, with a maximum of 1 liter per sample.
• Samples are limited to eligible chemicals offered by Lab Alley and are subjected to product availability and applicable shipping or regulatory restrictions.
• Sample benefits are non-transferable and cannot be combined or substituted for cash, credit, or other discounts.
• Unused samples do not roll over to the following calendar year. 
• Custom blends, formulations, labeling, services, and custom or special-order products are not eligible for the sample benefit.
