It is sourced at 35 percent and diluted slightly for shipping and handling, so it decomposes faster and needs more careful storage than anything else in the catalog. Cool, dark, well ventilated storage is not optional at this concentration, and neither grade in this range is stabilized.

Do I need a permit for this?
No. Even at this concentration, hydrogen peroxide does not require a TTB permit or similar authorization. It does ship as a DOT Class 5.1 hazardous material at a high packing group, so expect more shipping and handling requirements than lower concentrations, just not a purchase permit.
