Bluing Solution, also known as Scott’s Tap Water Reagent, is a coloring reagent used for bluing the biological stains for example hematoxylin stain. It appears as an odorless liquid with slight color and is soluble in Water at ambient conditions. For bluing the hematoxylin stains, the complete process follows the decoloration, acid rinse in regressive staining. Lab Alley’s Bluing Solution contains Magnesium Sulfate <2%, Sodium Bicarbonate <1% mixed in the balanced quantity of Tap Water. Chemically pure or Laboratory reagents are two terms often used to describe Lab Grade chemicals. Lab Grade chemicals do not meet any accepted quality or purity requirements such as the ACS Grade, the USP Grade, and the FCC Grade, despite their acceptable purity. In the United States of America (USA), Lab Alley is selling its high- quality Bluing Solution, not for metals, Lab Grade online at laballey.com. Due to its high purity Bluing Solution, not for metals, Lab Grade is highly recommended for laboratory testing.
