These three-necked boiling flasks are made from low-expansion borosilicate glass and feature ground glass 24/40 joints. Designed with uniform wall thickness, they offer excellent mechanical strength and resistance to thermal shock.
The flasks are available in four different capacities and are constructed from heavy-duty ASTM E-438 Type 1 borosilicate 3.3 glass. The glass provides heat tolerances including a strain point of 515°C, an annealing point of 565°C, and a softening point of 820°C.
