About Potassium Bitartrate Purified

Potassium Bitartrate, also known as Potassium L-Tartrate Monobasic, Monopotassium Tartrate, Potassium Hydrogen L-Tartrate, Potassium Acid Tartrate, and Potassium Hydrogen Tartrate, has the chemical formula C₄H₅KO₆. It appears as odorless colorless/slightly opaque crystals or white crystalline powder with a pleasant acidulous taste and is soluble in Water at ambient conditions. It can be produced by reacting mixture of Tartaric Acid, Potassium Sodium Tartrate, and Potassium Sulfate. The mixture is then filtered, purified and undergoes precipitation coupled with drying to give the final product.
