Description

Electropolishing Solution appears as a clear, colorless liquid with a caustic odor. It is completely soluble in Water at ambient conditions. Electropolishing is a process of metal finishing that removes metal ion by ion to achieve improved effects on the surface of the material being polished. Lab Alley’s Electropolishing Solution contains 40% by weight of Sulfuric Acid, 47% by weight of Phosphoric Acid, and a balanced quantity of Water. The solution of this composition is specifically used for polishing stainless steel and works efficiently under operating conditions in a range of 45-80 °C, 10-18 V, and 5-50 A/dm 2 .
