About Magnesium Oxide, Industrial Heavy #569

Magnesium Oxide, also known as Magnesia, Oxomagnesium, Periclase, Magnesium Oxide, and Seawater Magnesia, appears as a white hygroscopic powder and is insoluble in water at ambient conditions. Magnesium Oxide Heavy is an extremely pure and dense form of Magnesium Oxide with excellent compression properties. It constitutes a minimal magnesium oxide content of 98%. Lab grade chemicals possess reasonable purity but do not comply with any official standard for quality or purity like the ACS Grade, the USP Grade, or the FCC Grade. The Lab Grade is also known as Laboratory Reagent (LR) and Chemically Pure (CP). Lab Alley’s Magnesium Oxide, Industrial Heavy has been especially synthesized for industrial applications and is available for sale online at laballey.com.
